Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Order Cancellation
You have 24 hours after payment to request an order cancellation before dispatch. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard Return Policy.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If there is an issue with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Tracking information may take 1-3Â days to update. In rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. If there are any concerns, please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, and fees as determined by their local customs authority. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by SomeoneLovesYou, and thus cannot be refunded. We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee it due to varying processing times. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to the correct address or provide a full refund.
