Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, teas), custom products, and personal care items.

  • Some health and personal care items

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at to arrange for a prepaid shipping label.


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.   • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at with a description of the issue and photos if necessary.


  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Wrong Item or Damaged Product
